Phil. and Ph.D. in International Air and Space Law from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi. He has more than 18 years of teaching and research experience. Dr. Reddy was awarded the Meritorious Teachers Award-2017 by the Higher Education Department, Government of Telangana.
