What we do?
Centre for Practicing Law (CPL) seeks to draw a platform that facilitates continued legal education by imparting specialised training to the members of legal fraternity. CPL also aims at creating a collaborative knowledge repository and make it accessible to law practitioners.
Vision & Mission
CPL perceives that learning of law would be incomplete without an interdisciplinary approach. To achieve this objective CPL will work to further the cause of continued legal education by organising Seminars, Conferences & Workshops which would impart specialized training programmes for Advocates, Law Officers and persons interested in law.

Mrs. Rajeshwari Thaman is recognized as a leading practitioner, litigator and highly skilled negotiator in diverse fields of law. She has earned a master’s degree in Law (Constitutional Law) & Management (Human Resources) with a specialization in Business laws. She holds the position of a Partner at apsuresh & associates, law chambers and heads the Corporate Legal Practice. She has formidable experience in handling Civil/ Commercial litigation she advises several multinational Companies & Government corporations in matters as diverse as Company affairs, Labour, Insurance, Banking laws, Consumer affairs, Property law etc. She takes a comprehensive approach to her clients’ needs, leveraging over 10 years of industry experience as an entrepreneur and professional. She has been bestowed with Hon’ble Women Achievers award for the year 2021.
Her passion for law and justice extends past her success in the courtroom. She has co-founded the Centre for Practicing Law to inspire and motivate young lawyers. She authored numerous articles on a plethora of legal issues and is a visiting faculty to several reputed educational institutions across India.
She also authored Reading Material for Telangana Advocates Training Programme, 2019 in association with NALSAR University of Law and Government of Telangana.
