Company Law

Our course provides an overview of corporate law in India in accordance with the provisions of Companies Act, 2013. The course is divided into various modules and further into chapters through which we have tried to give a comprehensive understanding of the concepts of Company law.

Centre for Practicing Law (CPL) seeks to draw a platform that facilitates continued legal education by imparting specialised training to the members of legal fraternity. CPL also aims at creating a collaborative knowledge repository and make it accessible to law practitioners.
